International information security standard reinforces customer trust and supports secure operations across the USA, UK and India

ISO/IEC 27001 provides a framework for identifying, assessing and managing information security risks while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of business-critical information. The certification applies across ePropelled's global operations, including its research, engineering and manufacturing facilities in the United States, United Kingdom and India.

Achieving the certification required a coordinated effort across ePropelled's engineering, IT, operations and quality teams in the USA, UK and India. Together, they implemented, documented and audited the policies, processes and controls required by the standard, strengthening governance and secure working practices throughout the organization. The achievement builds on ePropelled's existing ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, further reinforcing the company's commitment to quality, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
