NDAA Compliance
The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is a United States federal law that authorizes funding and establishes policies for the U.S. Department of Defense, encompassing the U.S. military and other critical defense priorities.
Section 889 of the NDAA prohibits the federal government, its contractors, and grant or loan recipients from procuring or using telecommunications and surveillance equipment or services produced or provided by certain Chinese companies, as well as their subsidiaries and affiliates. This prohibition extends to the use of such equipment by contractors, even if not used directly in the performance of a federal contract.
ePropelled Inc hereby declares that all of the products that are manufactured to date are compliant with the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and do not contain any
telecommunications equipment, components, technologies, or systems or services banned by the NDAA, nor do they employ any component or technology of any system - substantial, essential, critical or otherwise from the banned Chinese companies highlighted in Section 889.
