Lead and Manage the Product Manufacturing team. Coordinate with Planning, Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure delivery schedules are met. Calculate production time, staffing requirements material and equipment costs. Maintain weekly production status reporting updates. Maintain and monitor performance metrics. Work with Engineering team on new product introduction. Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) implementation processes from product design reviews for manufacturability, concept, development, pilot, launch and production release.
B.S. in Mechanical /Manufacturing engineering, or other related fields.
+3 years in engineering / manufacturing environment function.
Proven organizational skills and ability to maintain precise records.
Proven problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues and address root causes</li>
LEAN manufacturing mind set, systematically strive to eliminate waste and creating flow in the production process</li>
Familiarity with ERP software programs, Netsuite preferred but not required.
Keen attention to detail.

The Electrical Test Technician, reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, has experience running a variety of electronic test equipment, specifically oscilloscopes, multi-meters, bench power supplies, dynamic loads, and data loggers. They possess solid experience reading electronic schematics and debugging circuits down to the component level. They set up lab tests in support of the engineering team, and have experience managing a Production Test Area.
Associates Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience desired.
Minimum 5 years experience working with Analog /Digital electronics in power systems.
Experience working with power supplies and/or motor controllers desired.</li>
Must have proficient skills in setting up and conducting tests with oscilloscopes, data- logging, multi-meters, temperature measurements, and circuit testing.
Must have hands-on experience debugging circuits down to the component level.
Must be organized and have a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing to work with local and remote team members.
Ideal candidate would have experience in data logging and CAN communications.
Knowledge of power electronics and testing desired.
IPC 610 Soldering Certification desired.</li>
The ability to create test programs for automated test in support of manufacturing desired.
Support of Notified Body surveillance Audits.
Sound understanding of ISO9001:20015 / AS9100:2018 QMS standards.
We are looking for a responsible Quality Inspector Assembler to check the quality of all incoming and outgoing material and products as well as production procedures. You will be a firm advocate of quality in our business. As well as that individual can perform light assembly work. The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed. In-depth knowledge and comprehension of quality standards are essential. The goal is to ensure that our products are made of flawless quality with well-functioning equipment. This is critical so our customers will enjoy high-quality merchandise which will then allow us to achieve long-term success. This candidate will be an advocate in the company to ensure a World Class quality product.
High school diploma/GED required.
3 -5 years’ experience QA/ Manufacturing assembly operations.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Ability to perform soldering operations per IPC610 Class 3.
Computer skills such as emailing, record keeping, ordering, inventory management, and form filing.
Strong understanding of inspection techniques.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification desirable.
